Bricks & prices

The prices at bricks are formed by a number of factors which we will see in detail below. However, it is important to know that bricks, as basic building materials, are required to meet high quality standards for the safety and reliability of construction projects.

In addition, new generation bricks are also available on the market, such as Climablock Eco by Maliouris Group. The prices of these bricks are commensurate with their advantages, as they are a smart and highly profitable investment in the long run. The unlimited lifespan, wear resistance, fire resistance and energy savings make Climablock Eco bricks the ideal choice for any building.

Choosing high quality materials - such as bricks from Maliouris Group - is a strategic investment that enhances the durability of the building and maintains its value in the real estate market in the long term. But let's take a look at what factors influence the "bricks - prices" relationship:

Type & insulation

The price of bricks depends largely on the type and the properties they have. This means that in brick the price varies whether it offers thermal insulation - sound insulation or if it is a simpler type.

Dimensions

For bricks, prices are also based on their dimensions - small or large - as the number of pieces required for a construction is affected.

Quantity

Bricks are sold on pallets and it goes without saying that the size of the order determines the cost in some cases. This means that in bricks the prices are often determined by the quantity of pallets that an order will include.

Therefore, it is understandable that the price of brick depends on a number of factors with thermal insulation and thus energy savings being one of the most important.
