Quality policy

Η «V. Maliouris S.A.» based in Chalastra, Thessaloniki, is a company whose purpose is “PRODUCTION OF BRICKS, CERAMICS AND SIMILAR BUILDING MATERIALS”

The goals of the company are

• The production of products that must meet the quality level, which is determined by the requirements-specifications set by the applicable legislative and regulatory framework as well as by customers and stakeholders.
• The products it produces must be of consistent quality at competitive prices
• Ensuring a safe working environment for its employees and partners.
• Immediate customer service and response to their complaints.
• Continuous effort for improvement.

The Quality Policy is understood and implemented at all levels of the company's organization, through the procedures and instructions that, together with the Quality Manual, constitute the Quality System in accordance with the EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The company's staff has been sensitized and trained on quality issues and understands this quality policy, applying it at all levels of the organization.

Fulfilling and maintaining quality requirements, with continuity and consistency, inspires a climate of trust among the company's management and employees, and ensures its customers the quality of the products and services it offers.

The Quality Policy of the company "V. MALIOURIS S.A." remains stable and the implementation of the Quality Management System is based on it. The Management of "V. MALIOURIS S.A." believes that the correct quality policy is the basis for the provision of immediate and high quality products and services. In order to achieve the objectives of the above policy, all members of the Company participate responsibly, starting with its Management, which has the authority and responsibility to implement it at all levels of the company. The first objective goal of "V. MALIOURIS S.A." is to ensure the quality of the products and services offered and by extension:

• Customer satisfaction with the products and services provided.
• Compliance with safety and reliability standards.
• Cost reduction and improvement of the Company's overall efficiency.
• Immediate response to customer complaints and their gradual elimination.

The Management of the Company "V. MALIOURIS S.A." is of the opinion that the cost of achieving an efficient quality system is largely offset by the reduction of negative impacts and the consequent improved image of the company in the market. To ensure the above objectives, the Company "V. MALIOURIS S.A." has developed and installed a Quality System, which is designed in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
